Senior Land Surveyor

Requirements

• Diploma in Geospatial Technology, Geospatial Information, Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant surveying experience, preferably with at least 5 years in industrial building or large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of construction surveying, setting out, control surveys, as-built surveys, and survey data processing.

• Proficient in the use of Total Stations, GNSS/GPS equipment, digital levels, and other modern surveying instruments.

• Experienced in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center, or equivalent survey software.

• Able to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and specifications accurately.

• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, quality requirements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor survey team members.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple survey activities to meet project schedules.
