Senior Land Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements:

1. Carry out land and engineering surveys, capping beam and pile cap setting out survey, traverse main and sub control lines

2. Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage

3. Prepare setting out data and pre calculation as per requirement

4. Carry out routine building alignment (horizontal and vertical) survey during the course of the project, perform field surveying to obtain data for base plans

5. Make accurate Pre-measurements and survey report for engineering to design

6. Ensure all coordinates on field alignment to match up to construction drawing

7. Any discrepancy between construction drawing and site condition to address immediately to Project team and Engineering

8. Make accurate post- measurements and survey report for as-built drawing

9. Preparation of data, collect and assess for design and construction works

10. Periodic check & verify Survey instruments

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in land surveying and LTA.
