Senior/Lab Engineer (Manufacturing/Semic/East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Implement chemical and physical testing methods and SOPs.
• Lead new instrument setup, method development, and validation.
• Plan testing capacity based on internal and external needs.
• Investigate and report laboratory measurement deviations.
• Prepare quarterly, monthly, and special analytical reports.
• Support production troubleshooting with appropriate lab solutions.
• Coordinate correlation and round-robin testing across sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process, Applied Science, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Minimum 2 years of lab experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methods, especially trace metals analysis.
• Familiar with GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, and MSA is an added advantage.
