Senior Key Account Manager (Personal Care Brand)

Our client is a growing Personal Care brand with a strong foothold in Singapore. They are currently hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and retail execution by managing key retailer and distributor partnerships across Modern Trade and General Trade channels locally.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key Modern Trade and General Trade accounts, ensuring strong revenue growth and account performance.
• Drive commercial planning and execution across promotions, pricing, activations, and in-store visibility initiatives to improve sell-out and market presence.
• Build strong retailer and distributor partnerships, leading negotiations and identifying new opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and market insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG sales or Modern Trade key account management
• Proven track record in driving account growth, managing retailer relationships, and executing trade promotions and activations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
