My client is looking for a detailoriented SeniorIT Risk & Security Analyst to support Technology Risk Management in a regulated banking environment. This role focuses on governance execution, cyber security oversight, vendor risk, and audit readiness, working closely with Head Office and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute IT Risk Management in line with MAS TRM, MAS Notices, and internal policies
- Maintain an auditready IT control environment with strong documentation
- Manage IT Risk Framework elements (risk register, outsourcing due diligence, BCP, critical systems)
- Perform regulatory gap analysis and track remediation actions
- Coordinate cyber risk assessments and exercises aligned with MAS TRM, NIST CSF, SWIFT CSP
- Monitor security controls (patching, access rights, vulnerabilities)
- Support vendor governance under MAS Outsourcing Guidelines
- Assist with audits, regulatory inspections, and management reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or Cyber Security Governance (banking/regulatory preferred)
- Knowledge of MAS TRM, NIST CSF, SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001, SOC 2
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
