About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with aproven track record in managing mid to seniorlevel IT hiring. The idealcandidate should have handson experience sourcing and closing niche technologyroles in a fastpaced, numberdriven recruitment environment and beconfident in managing client expectations endtoend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for mid to seniorlevel IT roles, including:

Java Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts(BA), Software/Systems Analysts, Technical Leads, Solution Specialists, Otherniche technology positions

  • Source talent through job portals, social networks, talent databases, and direct search.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional fit.
  • Liaise closely with clients for: Profile submissions, Interview coordination, Salary negotiation
  • Offer management and onboarding followup
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure timely delivery of hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and work towards monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines, regulations, and the COMPASS framework.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while working in a dynamic and targetdriven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, preferably in agency environments.
  • Strong experience working on mid to seniorlevel IT roles.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using various job boards, social platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Proven experience handling client interactions, including requirement discussions, submissions, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore MOM guidelines, and COMPASS assessments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience in IT contract staffing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Exposure to APACwide recruitment
  • Strong technical understanding of IT roles and technologies
