Guide the complete lifecycle of application development projects. You will lead change management and application projects

Managing a high-performing team of software Engineers. Providing essential mentorship, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure Operations efficiency: Ensuring that application runs smoothly

Manage the performance and scalability of technology resources, ensuring all systems are optimized and sustainable for long-term use.

Act as a subject matter expert to identify and implement emerging technologies that provide a competitive edge.

Serve as the primary point of contact for application issues while providing training and regular project updates to end-users and vendors.

Maintain rigorous organizational standards, ensuring all applications comply with security standards

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in application / software development. Exposure to Java and SQL is required for this role. Proven track record in managing a team is required for this role.
