Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Senior SystemsAdministrator to manage our core IT systems and network environment. You willbe responsible for ensuring high system availability, leading infrastructureprojects, and supporting our regional operations. This role requires aproactive individual who can balance daily technical support with strategictechnology upgrades.
Job Descriptions
- Provide full-stack support for server hardware andsoftware, specializing in Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Windows ActiveDirectory (AD).
- Oversee Security Systems to safeguard company ITresources, assets, and data integrity.
- Manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot Network Devices(Routers, Switches, Firewalls) and maintain robust security to protect companyassets.
- Support IT infrastructure across differentgeographical areas, including potential overseas travel on short notice.
- Plan and implement IT projects, introducing thelatest technologies to improve operational productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentationaccording to IT standards and best practices.
- Manage IT purchase functions, vendor services, andcontract renewals to ensure service continuity.
- Assist in user problem-solving and provide criticalsupport outside of standard office hours when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closelyrelated technical field.
- 5+years of relevant industry experience in IT Systems and Network management
- Strongproficiency in Windows Server, AD, and Virtualization.
- Hands-onexperience with Network Security and Hardware maintenance.
- Experiencein IT purchasing, vendor evaluation, and managing software licensing/contractrenewals.
- Highproficiency in maintaining IT SOPs and system architecture diagrams.
- Aproactive mindset for identifying and introducing new technologies to enhanceworkplace productivity.
- Provenability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Resilientand able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to traveloverseas for project requirements or address critical system emergencies onshort notice.
- Ability to supportafter-office hours for critical system maintenance or emergencies.
