Job Description

We are a Singapore engineering company specialising in wholesale trading. Due to expansion, we are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Assistant Manager to support the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of technology systems across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, including ERP system implementations and upgrades.
Liaise with external IT service providers and outsourcing partners to ensure service delivery, SLA compliance, and project timelines.
Identify and apply for relevant IT-related government grants manage end-to-end grant submission, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with various departments to align IT initiatives with business goals and operational needs.
Provide second-level support for IT issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, systems security, and compliance.
Document system processes, configurations, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Monitor IT budgets, procurement, and vendor performance in collaboration with the IT Manager.
