Senior IT Executive (1 year contract convertible to perm)

Basic information:

• Mon-Fri, 830-530PM

• Basic up to $6,000

• Location: Commonwealth MRT

Job scope:

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Manage basic Active Directory functions, user accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
• Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Set up, deploy, maintain, and track IT equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, warranties, and support.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and ensure systems remain operational.

Technical Skills

• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
• Sophos Firewall and Active Directory.
• Windows, hardware, printer, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• IT security, equipment deployment, procurement, and vendor coordination.
