Senior IT Engineer (Permanent)
Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure for Singapore office
• Support Operations teams (Call Center Division) in implementing client requirements/compliance, internal IT end user computing for On Prem infrastructures
• Perform project management in the planning, project scoping, proposal, and perform evaluation of vendor's proposals for project delivery
• Coordinate and expedite support deliverables with vendor, works to resolve operational issues that are relevant to assigned infrastructure subset

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure, with administration knowledge and experience for IT infrastructure (On Prem - Wintel Server, Cisco networking, Security and End user desktop support)
• Knowledge in AWS Cloud is added advantage
• Build, maintain and manage strong vendor relationships to coordinate the delivery of IT services
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skill
• Good technical knowledge of application infrastructure technologies as primary practice area, with knowledge in supporting technologies driving daily infrastructure operations.
