Job Outline:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML Operations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embodied AI, Data Analytics, Operational Technology (OT) Networks, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and securing advanced IT and AI systems that drive innovation and resilience across our enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
AI/ML Operations
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models in production environments.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with RAG frameworks to enhance knowledge retrieval and contextual AI applications.
- Explore and integrate embodied AI solutions for robotics and IoT systems.
Data Analytics
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Perform advanced analytics to support business intelligence and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
OT Networks & Cybersecurity
- Secure and manage OT/ICS (Industrial Control Systems) networks.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
- Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents across IT and OT environments.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in AI and cybersecurity
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Ops, RAG, Embodied AI, Data Analytics, OT Networks, and Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of deploying and managing AI systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML pipeline tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering (SQL/NoSQL, Spark, Hadoop).
- Expertise in OT network protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, DNP3).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Cybersecurity tools and practices (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).
