A leading enterprise environment is seeking aSenior IT Business Analystto supportfinance systems, business transformation initiatives, and BAU enhancements. This role works closely with Finance, IT, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while driving process improvement and user-centric design.
This is ahands-on senior BA role, suitable for candidates experienced inERP, enterprise finance platforms, and complex stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs intofunctional / non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Applydesign thinking and user-centric approachesto shape effective solutions
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end finance processes
- Support enterprise system initiatives, enhancements, and BAU change requests
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Work closely with technical teams to support solution design and delivery
- Support testing activities, includingUAT planning and execution
- Coordinate with vendors or support teams to manage incidents and system changes
Required Experience
- 8-10+ yearsof experience as anIT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
- Strong background infinance systems and enterprise applications
- Experience working incomplex, large-scale IT environments
- Exposure toAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Proven stakeholder management across business and technology teams
