We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst specializing in Oracle HCM to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing HCM solutions, and providing support for our Oracle HCM applications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for Oracle HCM modules.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle HCM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with other systems.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and functions.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Experience with HCM data migration and integration processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
