Responsibilities:
- Design and develop iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI (Objective-C experience is a plus for legacy support).
- Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to architect and implement features.
- Participate actively in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas, identify problems, and implement solutions focused on scalability and performance.
- Take full ownership of projects, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements of users and business partners.
- Design, implement, and deploy highly performant and reusable iOS components for operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to identify and resolve complex business, legal, and product needs.
- Participate in interview loops to help hire top industry talent.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to peers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years of iOS development using Swift/SwiftUI.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
- Experience owning end-to-end features.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies to solve user problems and improve work efficiency.
- Experience with Objective-C is a plus but not required.
