What will your role be:
- Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues in the production environment by collaborating with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (including designers, developers, and product teams) to deliver products and features.
- Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies to meet project schedules.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and realign priorities according to changing requirements.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other team members.
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- 3+ years of real-world experience in iOS Development, proficient in Objective-C and Swift programming languages.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as AVFoundation, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with storage, multithreading programming, and performance tuning.
- Familiar with CocoaPods private library encapsulation, understand the implementation principle of third-party open-source code, such as AFNetworking, SDWebImage and YYModel, etc.
- Familiar with common design patterns, such as VIPER, MVC, MVVM, MVP,etc
- Fluent in the English language, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin is preferred to collaborate effectively with counterparts from the Chinese team, but not required.
- Able to work in a fast paced multinational company, cooperate and communicate well with colleagues across countries and departments.
- Self-motivated and independent to work well under pressure.
- Willing to learn, excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
