Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination and execution of M&A, debt capital markets (DCM), equity capital markets (ECM), and other strategic advisory transactions.
- Build financial models, perform company valuations, and prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and client presentations.
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company research, including financial analysis and due diligence to support transactions.
- Coordinate transaction execution by managing data rooms, documentation, and liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support senior bankers with deal execution, administrative matters, and other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, M&A.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modelling, valuation techniques, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
