Responsibilities:

- Conduct process walkthroughs, control testing, transaction sampling, data analysis, and other audit procedures to assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and well-supported audit working papers and reports, including practical recommendations to address identified risks and control gaps.
- Monitor and validate the remediation of audit findings, escalating overdue, recurring, or high-risk issues to Senior Management, the Audit Committee, or the Board where appropriate.
- Support periodic reporting to Senior Management, the Audit Committee, and the Board on audit activities, key findings, remediation status, and emerging risk themes.
- Assist with external audits, regulatory inspections, investigations, and inquiries across the Group's jurisdictions, including Singapore, Australia, the BVI, and the UAE.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships while maintaining independence, professional scepticism, confidentiality, and constructive challenge, and monitor regulatory developments to ensure audit coverage remains relevant and risk-focused.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in Internal Audit, External Audit or Risk Assurance within financial services, with exposure to audit quality assurance, risk management frameworks, and the ability to independently manage audit engagements.
