Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and space plans aligned with client goals, brand identity, and budget constraints

• Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings, elevations, sections, and schedules using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)

• Lead FF&E selection and specification, including furniture, lighting, art, accessories, materials, and finishes, ensuring quality, durability, and design intent

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure seamless project delivery

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and design compliance proactively address discrepancies

• Lead client presentations and design reviews, articulating design rationale to influence decision-making and secure approvals

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables track milestones and communicate risks early

• Mentor junior designers, reviewing their work and guiding technical and creative development

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Deep knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings, lighting, and building codes

• Strong project management skills (timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination)

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

• 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showing built projects

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
