- Assisting team leader in his/her duties
- Concept proposal, using sketch up, 3d rendering or traditional drawings methods
- Design development
- Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing
- Coordinating with the project team for the actualization of design intent and concept
- Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports
- Motivating
Job Requirements
- A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design
- Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit and Powerpoint
- Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- At least 9 years of experience (local or overseas)
