We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical drafting, a keen eye for detail, and experience working on intricate designs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ideate, conceptualize, and present precise 3D design proposals.
- Interpret project briefs and translate ideas into accurate visual representations.
- Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, finishes, and built-in carpentry.
- Prepare precise technical drawings for layouts, detailed plans, and construction references.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, production, suppliers) to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Attend creative review meetings to align design direction and progress.
- Maintain and update the 3D rendering & material library for efficient workflow.
- Keep abreast of new 3D tools, software, and interior design trends
Job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
- Solid understanding of spatial planning, construction detailing, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output consistently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage time independently and meet project deadlines.
Working arrangement:
- 4-day work week
- 10% of profit sharing scheme on top of basic pay
