Senior Interior Designer for Commercial office
Job Role:
- Understanding client requirements and prepared design proposal
- Prepared Presentation material / power point.
- prepared sketch/ sketch up / concept design
- prepare design development / liase with 3d illustrator
- Prepared construction drawing/ Tender drawing/ as built drawing
- Meet supplier and contractor for material and construction matter
- Documentation of project drawing / As built / O&M
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/ inetrior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
- With minimum 4 years experience in commercial design
- MS Office included power point , AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketch up etc.
- Self-motivated, a good team player, independant
- Good concept Design / colour and material selection
- Able to be independant to complete a project with good techinque drawing knowledge
