Haus Atelier is an Award winning local and International Interior Design and Build firm. We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer to join our team in Singapore.
The successful individual will work exclusively on our condo & landed projects.
Education
- You must have a BSc in Interior Design, Bachelor of Architecture or similar, with four years post-graduate experience.
Role
- Based in Singapore and is varied between home and office.
Skills
- Self-motivated who can work efficiently and in an organised manner
- Create and develop conceptual designs including the ability to use color and texture
- Understanding of FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling)
- Receptive to constructive feedback and critique of your work
- Visualise concepts and confidently explain them to others
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Drivers License is ideal but not compulsory
Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director with initial concept presentations, including sourcing imagery, 3D modeling and rendering
- Complete projects from Initial Client Meeting to Handover
- Site coordination!!
- Produce schematic design presentations through imagery, materials, FF&E and color elevations
- Produce CAD drawings
- Involved in multiple projects at one time
It is strongly advised you are experienced with the following programs:
- Sketchup
- V-Ray/3D-Max
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- AutoCAD
Salary - $4500-$6500 depending on experience
