Job Summary
Assist the Project Director and Design Manager by producing design and presentation drawings, conducting site investigations, preparing specifications and tender documents, managing pre-contract activities, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to support project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Produce design and presentation drawings to support project development and client presentations
- Conduct site investigations and liaise with local authority officers to ensure compliance and gather necessary information
- Prepare detailed specifications, tender documents, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with contractors, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, and other consultants to align project requirements
- Manage pre-contract job activities including contract procedures, correspondence, and reporting to maintain project progress
- Perform site visits and participate in site meetings with construction teams to monitor work progress and resolve issues
- Execute office procedures and administrative tasks to support project operations and documentation
