We're looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong eye for design, a flair for spatial storytelling, and a passion for interior environments who is eager to bring impactful concepts to life across diverse spaces.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop innovative and well-considered design solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.
- Provide conceptual thinking, research, and analysis for proposed projects.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and presentation packages, to effectively communicate and secure client approval for design solutions.
- Ensure all design changes and solutions are accurately coordinated and integrated into project design documentation.
- Monitor and uphold design intent throughout site implementation and project execution.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers to support their professional development and design output.
- Assist the Associate/ Lead Designer or Design Director in managing project schedules and deliverables for the interior design team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in corporate office interior design.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.
- Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.
- Able to work as part of a team independently work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiencies in SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office are must haves.
