About This Role
We are looking for a strategist who can bridge the gap between high-level brand positioning and on-the-ground social execution. You will not just manage channels; you will define the narrative that guides who we speak to, what we say, and who(influencers)/which(media channels) says it for us.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Messaging Strategy: Translate client business goals into sharp brand positioning and key messaging frameworks. You must be able to write a single-minded proposition.
- Social & Content Ideation: Lead the strategic spark for creative briefings. Move beyond posting calendars to developing content franchises and campaign platforms.
- Influencer & Media Narrative: Build the strategic rationale for influencer/media selection. Don't just list names, craft the persona strategy or media value.
- Phase Planning: Map how a campaign flows from seeding to highlight and sustain phase.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning within a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading strategy for global or blue-chip brands, specifically bridging the gap between traditional brand planning and modern social/digital ecosystems.
- Proficiency in navigating a diverse data stack and data Storytelling
- Bonus points for being fluent in Mandarin.
