Job Description

The client is seeking experienced Wealth Manager to drive growth within the High-Net-Worth (HNW) intermediary channel. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with internal distribution partners to grow new business and market share.

This role requires a strong understanding of HNW insurance solutions, relationship management, and business development within the life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and prospect new offshore clients referred by internal distribution partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's presence within the affluent client segment.
  • Conduct detailed FNA with clients and curate personalised recommendations & solutions. 
  • Drive awareness and adoption of wealth preservation, legacy planning, and protection solutions.
  • Consistently update clients on the latest market trends and information regarding their portfolio
  • Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma required 
  • Minimum 3 years of wealth management experience
  • Strong sales track record 
  • Strong understanding of life insurance, wealth planning, estate planning, and HNW client needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
