Job Description

Review client technical documents, specifications, and project requirements
Define ICA engineering scope and requirements for assigned projects
Prepare and evaluate technical documents for instrumentation and control system procurement
Provide senior technical support to project teams during engineering, construction, and commissioning phases
Optimize ICA system designs for cost, reliability, maintainability, and compliance
Prepare and review specifications for instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems
Develop and review control philosophies and functional analyses (Control, ESD, F&G)
Implement and verify instrumentation detail design on P&IDs
Prepare and review instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, and hook‑up drawings
Oversee detailed engineering activities including layouts, cabling, routing, and supports
Plan, conduct, and witness FAT, SAT, and testing & commissioning activities
Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA systems
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support junior engineers
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Control, Automation Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in ICA engineering within energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Experience in power, water/wastewater, or renewable energy projects is preferred

Strong experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems
Proficient in P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrumentation specifications, and control system architecture
Knowledge of local standards, service providers, and solutions related to water and wastewater treatment
Hands‑on experience with FAT, site testing, and commissioning
