Senior/ Instrument Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer
Our client is one of the leading industrial gases manufacturers in the Asian market. It has broad market presence and strong customer support globally.
Responsibilities:

• To support and provide engineering insights (related to field instruments) during the pre-commissioning/ Commissioning/ Startup/ Turnaround phase and routine operations.
• To perform and ensure all field instruments related preventive maintenance are carried out in accordance with per set quality and safety standards.
• To attend to instrumentation system related faults/ breakdowns during emergency or when needs arises.
• To perform investigation/ troubleshooting on instrument related reliability/ technical issues and provide/ suggest corrective & preventive actions.
• To take part and provide technical supports for all field instrumentation related engineering modifications/ upgrading / expansions projects.
• To train and coach all junior engineers / technician related to field instrumentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant technical knowledge in filed instrumentation involving control valves/ field transmitters/ Multimeters using engineering diagrams/ drawings / systems (PCS7, DCS, Triconex PLC & etc.).
• With experience working in the energy/ power/ petrochemical supply industry is an advantage.
• Working knowledge in field instruments modification/ upgrading and renewal projects.
• Able to standby for emergency support during Startup/ Shutdown/ Commissioning phase.
