What The Role Is
This is a student development role with the Student Development & Alumni Affairs Department.
What You Will Be Working On
Design, organize and facilitate local and overseas student leadership programmes. This includes but not limited to:- Leading local and overseas learning journeys, adventure-based programmes and service-learning projects
- Managing programme administration
- Analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of programmes and activities
- Coordinate and liaise with external partners, vendors, and government organisations on student leadership programmes.
- Facilitate and manage CCA groups, serving as a key liaison between students, key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the safe and effective management of student activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students within the CCA groups.
- Support school-wide student development activities eg. Freshmen Orientation
- Able to travel overseas and work beyond office hours when required.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in student leadership development and/or organizing student leadership programmes.
- Prior experience in community engagement and service learning would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication (written and spoken) skills.
- A team player who is able to multi-task, resourceful and analytical with strong administrative and event management skills.
