About the Team:

We are seeking entrepreneurial and compliance-conscious Senior Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth across Institutional, VIP, and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) segments within various jurisdictions.

This role combines:

  • New customer acquisition
  • Strategic relationship management
  • Partnership development
  • Strong regulatory awareness

The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to generate sustainable revenue growth while operating strictly within licensed jurisdictions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition across Institutional, VIP, and HNWI segments.
  • Expand wallet share and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across banking, custody, liquidity, and ecosystem participants.
  • Operate strictly within regulatory scope and escalate perimeter risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Proactively monitor the competitor landscape and work with the product and marketing teams to iterate the overall strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development role focusing on product and sales.
  • Prior experience in a crypto exchange, investment firm, institutional brokerage, or electronic trading firm.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one's sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience.
  • Passionate about the crypto/fintech industry, interested and willing to dive into B2B business.
  • Detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
