Responsibilities:
Innovation Advisory & Project Management
- Collaborate with Innovation Advisors to strategize and plan engagement processes with potential companies, defining project scopes and deliverables.
- Oversee and drive the progress of innovation projects, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables, and proactively addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with colleagues to support and execute various projects effectively.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Develop and implement outreach strategies aimed at attracting potential clients to IPI's suite of services.
- Assess the specific business needs of clients and propose customized solutions leveraging IPI's offerings.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and Innovation Advisors, to foster ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Innovation Advisor Network Management
- Identify and onboard new Innovation Advisors, aligning their expertise with enterprise projects to maximize impact.
- Ensure the continuous engagement and motivation of Innovation Advisors through effective management and support.
- Source and align new enterprise projects that match the specialized skills of Innovation Advisors, facilitating successful collaborations.
Branding, Marketing & Partnerships
- Execute strategic partnership initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Contribute to the creation and development of marketing content that effectively communicates the value proposition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine appropriate marketing channels, content strategies, and levels of participation to optimize outreach efforts.
Internal Initiatives & Operational Excellence
- Participate in and support internal initiatives aimed at promoting operational excellence and improving efficiency within the organization.
Requirements:
- Possess 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as business strategy, new product development, business development, or venture creation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore's SME landscape and familiarity with government policies related to innovation and technology.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in Project Management or Business Administration are advantageous.
