Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise IT infrastructure covering network, systems, and cloud environments.
- Manage network and system infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems.
- Configure and maintain network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Deploy and support infrastructure monitoring tools to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Apply security hardening, patch management, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, hybrid identity environments, and endpoint management solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis for incidents and outages.
- Execute ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Manage IT assets, vendor coordination, procurement, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and project teams for infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, and systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, M365, Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems (SAN/NAS/vSAN).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, hybrid identity, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, PRTG) and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam).
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VCP, or equivalents.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, fintech, telecom) is a plus.
