Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead - Crypto Industry Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced SRE Lead with prior crypto / blockchain industry exposure to drive reliability, scalability, and security across our distributed infrastructure. This role isideal for someone who thrives in high-availability, low-latency environments typical of digital asset platforms.

What You'll Do

Lead Reliability:
Own the end-to-end site reliability lifecycle - from architecture design to production deployment - ensuring highly robust, scalable, and secure systems supporting crypto workloads.

Engineering Excellence:
Partner closely with software engineering teams to establish and evolve SRE best practices, automation standards, and operational processes.

Infrastructure Ownership:
Architect, manage, and optimize multiple Kubernetes clusters acrossenvironments. Build and maintain core platform services poweringmission-critical crypto infrastructure.

Incident Management:
Lead production incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to maintain high uptime and performance.

Team Leadership:
Help build, mentor, and scale a high-performing infrastructure engineering team in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

What You'll Bring

Crypto Industry Experience (Mandatory):
Hands-on experience operating infrastructure within crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, blockchain protocols, or digital asset environments.

SRE Expertise:
Deep experience in site reliability engineering across multi-datacenter cloud environments with stringent uptime, performance, and security requirements.

Technical Strength:
Strong proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to integrate both open-source and commercial solutions.

Advanced Infrastructure Knowledge:
Experience with low-latency systems, cloud-native architectures, HashiCorp tools, and multi-cloud environments.

Cloud Security:
Strong understanding of securing complex cloud network architectures and production systems.

Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams and large-scale initiatives while partnering with senior management on strategic prioritization and resource allocation.
