Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Infrastructure & Database - Singaporean Only due to nature of the project.

(2-Year Renewable Contract)

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead a team supporting infrastructure, databases, and operational activities for enterprise applications. This role will oversee system reliability, security, and operational processes while working closely with application and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TA Engineers managing infrastructure and security tasks

• Support and maintain enterprise applications (e.g. WebSphere, IBM MQ, QlikSense, SharePoint, Pega)

• Participate in architecture discussions and advise on integration points (Web Services, MQ, SFTP)

• Manage database administration for Oracle and MSSQL environments

• Define and maintain operational processes including patching, backup & recovery, and system maintenance

• Support security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and system monitoring

• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues and provide operational support when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience leading a technical team

• Minimum 2 years Oracle 19c database administration experience

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and server administration (Windows & Unix/Linux)

• Understanding of enterprise 3-tier architecture

• Experience supporting high availability and fault-tolerant systems
