Responsibilities

• Responsible for Tech Refresh schedule, deployment and process for ISG Group
• Coordination with PC Officers for Tech Refresh Database and uploading of excel files
• Tech Support for HQMS vendor concerns
• Imaging of ISS and GMD machines
• Deploying signature updates, antimalware platform and Windows updates via Bigfix Console
• PC Deployment, collection of PC and deletion of emails
• Patch Schedule and Software request
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
