We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Manager, Infrastructure with Cloud Services to lead enterprise IT operations and cloud platforms within a dynamic, lean team environment.
This is a senior leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and deep technical involvement. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and performance of IT infrastructure while driving transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Core Systems Operations, and End-User Computing (EUC)
- Oversee technology service delivery, ensuring high availability, resilience, and regulatory compliance
- Drive cloud and infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cost optimization and automation
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, troubleshooting, and critical escalations
- Manage and optimize Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments
- Lead vendor management, budgeting, and external service provider engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global operations
- Ensure strong governance across cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Technical Expertise Required
Strong hands-on experience across:
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS, networking, identity, monitoring, cost management)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) (compute, storage, networking, containers, cloud operations)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
- Active Directory / Entra ID in hybrid environments
- eDiscovery & Microsoft Purview
- End-User Computing (EUC) environments
- Exposure to GenAI technologies is advantageous
- Hybrid Windows & Linux infrastructure management
Hiring requirements & skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise-scale environments
- Proven experience balancing hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and outsourcing partners
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a lean team, hands-on environment
