Senior Industrial Technician (Hydraulic & Electrical)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, motors, sensors, control circuits, and production machinery.

• Carry out hydraulic and electro-hydraulic maintenance including pumps, valves, actuators, cylinders, and pressurised systems.

• Support fault diagnosis involving PLC-controlled equipment and coordinate with engineers or vendors for advanced issues.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and operational safety.

• Execute lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures and comply with pressurised system safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown reports, and follow-up action logs.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production continuity.

• Comply strictly with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field).

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing maintenance.

• Experience in steel plants or similar heavy industrial environments is preferred.
