RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design costumes and style artistes/presenters for TV productions, as well as for Photo shoots and Events
- TV productions include Drama, Variety, News and Current Affairs for all Mediacorp channels
- Design and creative work includes:
- Create original costumes
- Purchase and modify readymade outfits
- Select appropriate stock costumes from our wardrobe warehouse
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Knowledge of hair and makeup trend and style to be able to propose a complete image styling for programmes, casts and artistes.
- Project management includes:
- Attend production meetings, do presentations
- Liaise with contractors for the production of costumes
- Secure sponsors for shows and productions
- Manage budget and deadlines
- Adhere to workplace SOPs
QUALIFICATIONS- Creative, strong in visual and aesthetic sense, good communication skills
- Diploma in creative, visual comm, costume design, are preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with similar working experience in TV production / Publishing environment
- Strong understanding of diverse cultures to support various production types
- Able to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
