Job Description

We are hiring Global HR SSC role.

About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering efficient HR shared services, improving employee experience, driving HR operational excellence, and leveraging AI and digital tools such as Lark to automate processes and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and enjoys building scalable HR processes.

Responsibilities

Global HR Operations

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding.
  • Oversee & prepare employment contracts, Payroll, HR letters, and employment-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Support global HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and other internal stakeholders on HR operational matters.

HR Shared Services

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
  • Deliver timely and professional HR support while maintaining agreed service levels (SLA).
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and operational records.
  • Support global HR administration across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information.

AI & Digital Enablement

  • Utilize AI tools to improve HR productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop AI prompts, templates, and knowledge resources for HR operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks.
  • Support HR digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Evaluate new HR technologies and recommend process enhancements.

System Administration & other Automation

  • Administer Lark HR modules, including employee profiles, approvals, organizational structures, and workflows.
  • Build and optimize workflows using Lark Base, Automation, and Approval.
  • Create HR dashboards and reporting tools within Lark.
  • Maintain HR knowledge bases and digital documentation.
  • Train employees and managers on HR-related automation workflows.

Global Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate global onboarding programs and employee orientation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, surveys, wellness activities, and company events.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications across global offices.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent employee experience.
  • Analyse engagement data and recommend improvements.

Process Improvement

  • Develop, review, and maintain HR SOPs and process documentation.
  • Standardize HR workflows across different countries and business units.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Monitor HR operational KPIs and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
  • Experience supporting regional or global HR operations is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multinational organization is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Lark (Approval, Base, Automation, Wiki, Messenger).
  • Comfortable using AI tools and able to optimize workflow using AI.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience implementing AI solutions within HR.
  • Experience with workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting global HR operations.
  • Experience building SOPs and HR knowledge bases.
  • Experience with employee engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboard reporting.
