Senior Human Resources Generalist

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an established organization headquartered in Singapore, with expansion plans across the Asia Pacific region, to appoint a Senior HR Generalist. The business currently has an approximate headcount of 70 employees.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will operate in a highly hands‑on and independent capacity, taking full ownership of the HR function end‑to‑end. This includes managing monthly payroll, administering statutory passes, coordinating surveys, handling government submissions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant local employment regulations.

In addition, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, and manage end‑to‑end recruitment across the business, alongside broader talent initiatives. You will also play an active role in driving employee engagement, culture and team‑building initiatives, and employee relations, acting as the primary point of contact for all people‑related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, and bring approximately 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience. You will be resilient, confident working independently, and able to exercise sound judgement while prioritizing effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment. You are highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity. Prior hands‑on experience using BIPO is highly preferred.
