About the Role
The Senior HRBP Executive will serve as a strategic business partner, supporting leaders and HR Manager in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, facilitating MBO and performance review processes, and supporting workforce plan. The incumbent will provide HR advisory and operational support while ensuring alignment with business objectives and company people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & MBO Administration
- To support and prepare the administration work of Beginning of the Term, Mid-Term and End-Term MBO cycles across SSC departments with Hiring Manager.
- Together with HR manager to ensure quality goal setting, calibration, and performance discussions with HODs.
- Monitor completion and quality of performance reviews.
- Support performance improvement discussions and development action planning.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance management processes.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on performance trends and talent risks.
2. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Together with HR Manager to drive Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation and follow-up.
- Support talent identification and succession planning discussions.
- Track high-potential talent and key talent pipelines.
- Support promotion and development assessment processes.
3. HQ Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Supporting end-to-end hiring for headquarter positions (Assistant Manager and below).
- Screen and shortlist candidates and manage interview coordination.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Support quarterly workforce planning reviews.
4. Employee Relations & HR Business Partnering
- Conduct regular HR clinics and employee touch-base sessions.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Support disciplinary cases, performance concerns, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Recommend interventions to improve engagement, productivity, and retention.
5. Workday & HR Operations
- Manage HR workflows including confirmation, transfer, resignation, and staffing changes.
- Monitor leave balances and attendance-related issues.
- Conduct WFS (attendance) audits and support compliance requirements.
- Administer probation and confirmation processes.
- Ensure HR documentation and reporting accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience in performance management, MBO administration, employee relations, and talent management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Workday and HRIS systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Pay range [$5,700-$6,200]
