Senior HR Business Partner | Singapore‑Headquartered Organization

We are pleased to be partnering closely with a Singapore‑headquartered, large-scale organisation that is currently embarking on an exciting enterprise-wide digital transformation journey. Renowned for its strong market presence and high‑performance culture, the organisation is evolving rapidly to support future growth and operating model changes. This is a high‑impact HR Business Partner role, ideally suited for seasoned HR practitioners who are passionate about shaping people strategies and partnering closely with senior stakeholders through periods of scale, change, and transformation. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives that are aimed at supporting business transformation, operational excellence (and efficiency!) and enhancing culture plus talent engagement. You will have the platform to step up and closely interact with your business leaders to ensure workforce planning and talent strategies are consistently aligned with the business objectives. As the organization is committed to its expansion and digital acceleration plans, you will need to drive change management efforts and support organizational design efforts.

As the Senior HRBP, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fostering a fair and respectful workplace. Leveraging on data and insights, the Senior HRBP is expected to be able to influence decision-making and continuously enhance employee engagement. Beyond operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in championing a positive workplace culture, embedding values of collaboration and continuous learning, in a bid to support the organization in navigating today's global challenges.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in strategic business partnering. Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as Tech, E-commerce, or FMCG is highly desirable. That said, the client is open to consider candidates from diverse industry backgrounds to bring fresh perspectives and amalgamate best practices for the journey ahead. As a strategic HR professional, you are able to articulate how you have successfully navigated business challenges, influenced stakeholders, and balanced strategic priorities with hands-on execution. Your passion for people and business impact will shine through.
