About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Associate, HR to manage HR operations within our organisation. This role will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll processing of assigned subsidiaries and other payroll-related matters
  • Ensure HR operational excellence by delivering high-quality HR administration and day-to-day HR services, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, work pass applications and renewals.
  • Regularly review and optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Responsible for the regular maintenance of confidential personnel records and HR reports
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, systems, and projects
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment
  • Provide support for ad hoc HR initiatives, projects, and tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR or Business Administration/Management
  • 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Prior experience with BIPO HR System is preferred
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and energetic; ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
