Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead and manage key HR functions such as employee performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and career development.
- Drive performance review processes and support goal-setting initiatives and provide coaching to managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.
- Support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning for Exempt employees.
- Drive HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and performance.
- Proactive in proposing HR strategies and policies that support employee initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Possess analytical skills to drive results through data and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Provide guidance and advise on matters relating to the HR policies and processes and to always ensure compliance with the labor laws.
- Provides oversight and support to the rest of the HR team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 7 years experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Meticulous and detailed oriented.
- Enjoys working in a team, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, a self-starter, embraces changes, energetic and has a flexible mindset.

- Transport: Choa CHu Kang, Jurong East
