Overview
Our client is a leading organisation in the public sector, known for its integrated approach to service delivery, education, and research. They are now seeking an experienced HR Technology (HRIS) professional to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of HR systems and processes across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Partnering closely with business stakeholders to enhance HR operations through technology and process improvements, you will play a key role in driving HR digitalisation initiatives.
You will lead process redesign efforts, working with HR and business stakeholders to review existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. This includes leveraging tools such as RPA and Power Platform solutions to streamline operations and improve user experience.
In addition, you will oversee the administration, maintenance and continuous enhancement of HR systems, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption. As the primary point of contact for HR systems-related queries, you will be in charge of troubleshooting issues and liaising with vendors where required.
As a subject matter expert across various HRIS modules, you will partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend system enhancements and support change management efforts. You will also support data governance and management of employee databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality across systems.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 8 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations or HR technology roles, ideally within large and complex organisations. You bring hands-on experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, LMS, Recruitment and Reporting), including involvement in implementation and enhancement projects.
Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA, Power Automate or Power Query will be advantageous. You possess strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.
You are a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
