Job Title: Senior HRIS Business Analyst

Summary:
We're seeking a Senior HRIS Business analyst to which focuses on HRIS enhancements, system integrations, and regulatory compliance within a highly controlled financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend HRIS analysis, solution design, and implementation
- Drive HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Manage UAT cycles, stakeholder workshops, functional documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Regional HR COEs, IT teams, and thirdparty vendors
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of HRIS experience
- Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
