Managing HR operations related to recruitment and selection, career fairs, employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, and projects.
Ensuring that all recruitment activities align with TAFEP guidelines and promote equal employment opportunities.
Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
Collaborating with institutions of higher learning to establish partnerships and foster talent development.
Providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers to enhance their recruitment and selection skills.
Preparing and maintaining HR reports to track key metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in HR / Business Administration or related.
Min 10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations in MNC environment.
Adaptable under a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations.
