Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR operations related to recruitment and selection, career fairs, employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, and projects.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment activities align with TAFEP guidelines and promote equal employment opportunities.
  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
  • Collaborating with institutions of higher learning to establish partnerships and foster talent development.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers to enhance their recruitment and selection skills.
  • Preparing and maintaining HR reports to track key metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree in HR / Business Administration or related.
  • Min 10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations in MNC environment.
  • Adaptable under a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations.
