A passionate HR that makes an impact to the organization.
Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects.
Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities.
Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding.
Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning.
Coach and guide hiring Managers.
Prepare and maintain HR reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent.
At least 10 to 12 years of HR operations experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Prior experience with HR Systems.
Preferably with Payroll experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels.
A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to manage demanding workload and hands-on.
High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects.
Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
