Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • A passionate HR that makes an impact to the organization.
  • Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects.
  • Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities.
  • Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding.
  • Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning.
  • Coach and guide hiring Managers.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 10 to 12 years of HR operations experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience with HR Systems.
  • Preferably with Payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels.
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage demanding workload and hands-on.
  • High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects.
  • Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
