Job Description

We're hiring an HR Operations Principal to lead HR Operations across the APJ region. This role owns regional process design and execution, partners closely with People Partners and COEs, and ensures our HR operations are scalable, compliant, and effective across diverse APJ countries. This is a strategic, outcome-focused role.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Own and design HR Operations processes for the APJ region, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
  • Partner closely with COEs (e.g., payroll, benefits, people partners, Legal, HRIS) to operationalize programs in APJ.
  • Act as a regional SME on APJ employment practices, risks, and operational nuances.
  • Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across HR Operations.
  • Define metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high impact issues.
  • Enable and guide regional HR Operations team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Own and design HR Operations processes for the APJ region, balancing global consistency with local requirements.

  • Strong experience in HR Operations in a regional or global role.
  • Proven experience supporting and designing processes for APJ countries.
  • Handson experience partnering with COEs and People Partners.
  • Strong judgment, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast growing, complex environments.
